Please review the following delivery terms and conditions before placing your order.

Delivery in Tashkent

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery within Tashkent is completed within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery fee: UZS 50,000.

Store Pickup

You may collect your order free of charge from one of our boutiques.

When placing your order, simply select the "Store Pickup" delivery option and wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Cost: Free of charge.

Delivery Across the Republic of Uzbekistan

Standard delivery to other cities across the Republic of Uzbekistan is completed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service schedule.

Delivery fee: UZS 65,000.

Order Confirmation

After your order has been placed, a representative of City Mall Jewellery will contact you to confirm your order, verify the delivery details, and discuss the payment method.

Orders are processed during the Company's business hours.

Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, you are kindly requested to check:

The integrity of the package;
That the delivered items match your order;
That the products have no visible damage.

Any claims regarding the external condition or completeness of the order will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

The delivery address can only be changed before the order has been handed over to the courier service.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been transferred to the courier service.

Once the order has been dispatched or is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you refuse to accept the order after it has been shipped, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions;
Actions or restrictions imposed by government authorities;
Disruptions affecting courier or transportation services;
Any other force majeure events.
