Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing City Mall Jewellery.

This Return & Exchange Policy governs the return, exchange, and order cancellation procedures for products purchased from City Mall Jewellery boutiques or through our official online store.

Product Exchange

Product exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

To request an exchange, the customer must provide:

• The product;
• Proof of purchase (receipt, electronic receipt, or other valid purchase confirmation).

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, labels, tags, and complete accessories.

Product Returns

Product returns are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

To request a return, the customer must provide:

• The product;
• Proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned product, City Mall Jewellery will inspect it to verify compliance with the applicable return conditions and legal requirements.

Refunds

If the return request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the processing times of the relevant bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has been handed over to the delivery service.

Once the order has been dispatched or is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

If the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been shipped, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange where such restrictions are established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including, but not limited to:

• Jewelry made of precious metals;
• Gold jewelry;
• Earrings;
• Gift cards and gift certificates;
• Smart watches.

Exceptions

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is delivered with defects, requests for return, exchange, repair, or other warranty services will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the manufacturer's warranty terms.
