Terms of Warranty

This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased from City Mall Jewellery boutiques or through our official online store.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by City Mall Jewellery are covered by the official warranty provided by the respective manufacturer or brand, where applicable.

The warranty period, terms, and conditions may vary depending on the brand and product and are specified in the warranty card, product documentation, or other accompanying materials provided at the time of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, impacts, misuse, or negligence;
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing;
Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or maintenance;
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product;
Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, extreme temperatures, or other external factors contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Warranty Service

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the warranty conditions established by the respective manufacturer.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Product Care

To maintain your product in good condition, we recommend:

Following the care and operating instructions provided by the manufacturer;
Avoiding impacts, improper handling, and exposure to chemicals or other substances that may damage the product;
Storing products in appropriate conditions to protect them from unnecessary wear and damage;
Having maintenance or repairs performed only by authorized service centers, where applicable.

Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact City Mall Jewellery or visit one of our boutiques with:

The purchased product;
The warranty card (if provided);
Proof of purchase.

Our specialists will inspect the product and process your warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
